Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone and online support for customer’s and technicians who have mechanical / electrical / software difficulties
- Analyse possible causes of faults using mechanical and electrical documentation
- Build internal and external customer relationships
- Diagnose faults and recommend solutions
- Liaise with group companies on solutions to escalated cases.
- Assigning and scheduling of technicians
The successful candidate:
- Experience of diagnosing Electrical & Mechanical faults
- A relevant apprenticeship will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of using Microsoft programmes
Some travel required.
